A top retail bank based in Edinburgh is currently seeking a Lead Project Manager to join a Customer Solutions programme for an initial 6 month period.
Overview of the Programme/Project
'Following the FCA's publication of a thematic review into longstanding customers, we have initiated a project to improve the quality of our customer communications. We require a Business Project Manager to help manage the delivery of specific work items in the Communications workstream.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
We require a Business project manager to work with Longstanding Pensions & Investments Business Stakeholders, IT and Group Operations colleagues in the delivery of new Annual Statements, a replacement Gone-away register and a new customer support model within the Communications workstream.
Essential Skills and Experience
We would expect candidates to have evidence of:
- excellent stakeholder management
- strong project management experience with clear evidence of delivery across Business and IT projects
- strong problem solving abilities
- well organised and ability to follow governance model
Desirable Skills and Experience
Experience with Annual Benefit Statements and/or knowledge of Insurance products would be desirable
