Job Description

NextLink is a SAP Service Company created in 1996. Through our offices in London, Lausanne, Basel, London, Barcelona and Bangalore we support around 60 big companies in implementing SAP based solutions.

NextLink is currently looking for a Communications Expert to work for a well-known pharma company based in St. Cugat, Barcelona (Spain).

Start date: As soon as possible

End date: End of March 2018

Background:

We need an experienced Communications Expert of raise awareness of IT's Service Catalogue and how to request those services.

IT staff require clarity as to the scope of these services, their related service levels and also how they should request them.

We are looking to employ a competent OCM/Communications expert who can assist in generating a communications campaign to raise awareness of key IT services that are available to the IT team.

Objectives:

To manage project activities that form part of IT's Service Catalogue Awareness campaign, including:

  • Provide regular status updates to the Head of Communications and the Head of the IT Operating Organisation
  • Collaborate and integrate with key stakeholders - including IT Vendors/Partners
  • Stakeholder analysis
  • Supporting Communication Plan
  • Training Plan and related content

Primary Deliverables include:

  1. Define and implement an awareness campaign of the IT service catalog and service request process - the target audience being the Global client's IT community.
  2. Generate a clear set of guidance/job aids that enable IT to easily request third party services.
  3. Generate related copy for publication on the IT Intranet site.

Experience

  • 3-5 years' internal communications experience
  • Experience in devising effective and engagement education packages
  • Previous experience of working within an IT department
  • Experience in OCM projects
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills (English)
