Investigo is partnering a global consumer business, known for some of the UK's best known brands, and is hiring a Process Governance Manager.

We are searching for a Process Governance Manager to move into a newly created role, responsible for delivering process management services for our client in order for the business to understand and follow its processes.

This individual will partner with the business and champion process management techniques so our client has up to date processes, ensuring that major initiatives can go ahead. This individual will be a vital player in ensuring the success of the continuous improvement of internal processes.

In this role you will have access to the tools to comply with the license conditions and keep up to date policies, processes and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Anticipates internal/external business and regulatory issues; recommends product, process or service improvement
  • Enable business units to minimise the number of license breaches through compliance
  • Solution delivery - (Continuous Improvement & Process) Creates and ensures successful implementation of processes and policies aimed at continuous improvement
  • Ability to influence - can explain difficult and complex concepts clearly and has the ability to influence colleagues to adopt new points of new
  • Project and resource management: can manage a project or programme with moderate resource requirements, risk or complexity

Required experience:

  • Business process modelling
  • The ability and confidence to work with a variety of senior stakeholders across the business
  • A track record of leading a team
  • Possess excellent communication skills
