Key Responsibilities will include: - Ensure stock levels are maintained and monitored - Mentor and develop team member skills where appropriate - Monitor and develop branch sales to ensure growth - Ensure branch sales targets are reached - Ability to drive in-store business - Staff rota management - Ensure store compliance is met - Excellent communication skills - Motivate and drive great sales results through your team A competitive salary is offered on a 45 hour minimum contract plus bonus and staff discount.
