The job is varied and would suit a person who is very organised and can prioritise their workload. Duties include: General office administration and reception duties include but are not limited to the following; - Organising and maintaining filing systems - Answering the telephone - Maintaining key business databases - Keep operations areas clean and tidy - Meeting and greeting clients and prospective clients - Photocopying / scanning - Checking stock and ordering supplies - Handling incoming and outgoing post - Picking up client information on occasion Skills required: - Strong customer service and communication skills - Organisational skills - A Full Driving Licence is required for this role due to location and as you could occasionally be required to visit client sites About The Company: They are an award-winning accountancy practice and holder of the prestigious Investors in People Silver Award and a finalist in the Business Excellence Forum 2017 Awards for Best Company Culture.
