Burberry is opening a brand new Shared Service Centre - Burberry Business Services, based in Leeds at their stunning new premises in the heart of the City Centre. This Centre of Excellence will be an extension of their Head Office in London and house core functions; HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Services and IT. helpdesk.


This role manages the day-to-day operations of the AV Technical Services team's global remit. Covering digital signage, project deployments, service & technology standards. It also is responsible for management of all global operations as far as AV vendors are concerned (distribution channels etc).


  • Manage delivery of global AV service contract (monitoring tickets vs SLAs, ticket trends etc).
  • AV integrator & hardware vendor relationship management.
  • Global price books
  • Vendor warranties
  • Forecasting stock with distribution channels for hardware in our technology standards
  • Proposal of new AV technologies.
  • Management of AV standards documentation.
  • Provide technical expertise when dealing with AV partners.
  • Global management of:
  • Digital Signage platforms
  • All AV infrastructure
  • AV technical roadmap & associated strategies


  • Solid and broad understanding of AV technologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, service readiness and the required deliverables/outcomes
  • Demonstrate high level of interpersonal and negotiation skills to build effective long-term relationships typically with senior level contacts
  • Build and develop products/services based on regional needs
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to effectively present to an audience and convey required concepts
  • Ability see the bigger picture and plan for the future
  • Identify opportunities for cross-functional technology solutions
