This company are looking for people to start training for one of their campaigns on Monday 30th October. They have both part-time and full time positions available in the run up to Christmas! This company runs outsource contracts for large and small companies. In doing so, they offer customer services, advertising, and IT services. They need you to help with that first bit. An Online Customer Service Advisor would be responsible for answering customer questions via Webchat (think MSN but for customers). Being one-to-many, you'd be chatting with several customers at once. But don't worry, they wouldn't throw you in the deep end - the number of chats would depend on your level of training. They are looking for Customer Service Advisors to work from their office in Bury. Both full time and part time positions are available, with hours between 12am and 12am, 7 days a week. Training: They have an extensive program to make sure you've got all the tekkers you need to complete your shift independently once you've completed training. This takes the form of a 3 week full-time in office training course. Essential Qualities: English and Maths GCSE minimum grade C, excellent communication skills, excellent keyboard skills, good knowledge of Microsoft packages (word, excel etc.) Preferred qualities: Previous customer service experience. They firmly believe in a happy team, and they work hard to make sure that every operator feels secure in their role. You'll be trained with other new starters, so you'll never be lonely. The starting hourly rate is £7.05/£8.00 per hour. We believe in rewarding hard work, so if you're still with them after the 3-month period ends your pay will go up to £7.50/£8.50 per hour.
