As a member of Business Disability Forum's Leadership Team, the Head of Specialist Solutions is responsible for:
• Developing, refining and communicating Business Disability Forum's UK & international consultancy and learning & development offers;
• Leading and overseeing the delivery of Business Disability Forum's Partner (membership) offer;
• Winning new business and ensuring the delivery of income targets in line with Business Disability Forum's vision and mission; and
• Leading, motivating, coaching and empowering Business Disability Forum's Specialist Solutions team.
At least five years', or equivalent experience marketing and successfully selling and negotiating consultancy and/ or training services to business.
Experience of designing, leading and delivering consultancy assignments associated with improving business performance to a high standard.
Experience of giving advice on legal, HR, disability, diversity or other issues.
A demonstrable track record of successful achievements in business development (income generation) and client relationships.
Demonstrable experience of coaching, mentoring and developing less experienced consultants or colleagues.
