Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing department. This leading Manchester based estate agency is looking for, knowledgeable and passionate Digital Marketer to set up a dynamic marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something very exciting. You will be responsible for setting up & managing a team for Marketing & delivering end-to-end strategies to various businesses. You will be capable of quickly understanding and supporting initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns. Your management experience should include: 1. Setting up team including searching, recruiting & retaining right candidates who deliver quality marketing services 2. Being able to outsource work & manage offshore teams remotely 3. Training the marketing team for all digital channels & cross-platform marketing 4. Develop easy to use marketing systems, processes, template to deliver consistent results to clients 5. Leadership skills, delegation & ability to expand the team as required Your Marketing Experience should include: 1. Firsthand experience in SEO, PPC, Facebook Advertising, Email marketing, Other Online Marketing Channels 2. In-depth knowledge of Google Adwords, Adwords Keywords tools, Google Webmaster Tools Google Analytics, Social Media, Apps, Search Engine, Online Marketing, digital marketing 3. Has lead a team of SEO, PPC, Facebook, Email Marketing& digital marketing professionals & content writers from a strategic & business development point of view 4. Can build a team of web marketing & SEO professionals from scratch (including outsourcing) 5. Experience in working on SEO, PPC, Facebook Advertising, Social media for competitive industries like Finance, Insurance, Property, Internet marketing etc. 6. Passion for SEO, PPC, Facebook Advertising, Email Marketing and online marketing 7. Be a self-starter and is able to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems 8. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation 9. Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills - Proven results in the above or similar roles in the past What's in it for you?
