One of my government clients is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a 1 year contract based in Sydney CBD.
You will be the conduit between the business units and ICT ensuring that business/user requirements are understood and articulated for correct solution implementation.
The skills and experience required for this role are as below:
1. Strong technical background
A sound knowledge of the GIS - Geospatial - technology across the entire technology stack
Background in Geospatial System Integration
Experience in Data Migration
2. Highly developed communication and presentation skills, working with both stakeholders and project team.
3. Strong knowledge of; and extensive experience in the application of; contemporary business analysis best-practice methodologies and processes such as BABOK and UML.
4. Relevant Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience with at least 5 years' experience in business analysis. CBAP or equivalent certification preferred.
In addition to the above, you will need to have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to communicate and influence at senior levels across the organisation.
