What you'll do:

Working in the Account Resolution Team, you will be part of a fast paced, unique and energetic environment that offers something new and exciting every day, as well supporting our wider Customer Operations teams during major sporting events.

How you'll do it:

As one of our Account Resolution Team Advisors you will be responsible for:

  • Customer queries - Chat/phone/email
  • Administrative queries such as resetting passwords and verifying customers
  • Keeping up to date with new and existing promotions
  • Providing solutions to customer issue and offering industry leading service

How we work:

The role requires our advisors to think and act for the customer, to promote game changing thinking and be an amazing colleague by maintaining a positive attitude, listening to and enjoy helping people.

Working 37.5 hours per week, any 5 days from 7, with the shifts between the hours of 0700 - 0200

What happens next?

Once you have submitted your application, it will become visible in our talent pool for review. We will review applications over the next 2 weeks and if yours is successful, a member of our Recruitment team will be in contact to carry out a telephone screening call to discuss your application with you. If you pass your telephone screening, you will be invited to attend one of our assessment centers on either Tuesday 31st October, Wednesday 1st November or Thursday 2nd November 2017. These will all be held at out head office in Leeds City Centre between the hours of 1800-2100. Should you be successful we will be in contact to offer you the position and your start date will be Monday 4th Decembe r (please note there is 4 weeks mandatory training from the start date and no holidays can be taken within this period).
