Job Description

Customer Modelling Manager - Bristol

The successful candidate will responsible for the design, development and continuous improvement of their Customer Models and the Optimisation of their Customer Activity.

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop and continually improve customer models, optimising responses while ensuring the customer is at the centre of the process
* Manage the regular operational scoring of the models
* Work in cohesion with other teams to fully understand the business requirements

* Communicate your findings to key stakeholders in the business

Requirements:

* SAS Proficiency

* SQL Experience (other tools such as R & Python desirable)

* Strong Statistical Modelling Experience

* Strong Stakeholder Management Experience
