They will be able to build strong relationships and manage client expectations. They will also provide internal training and informal mentoring. The role - Acting as first point of contact for all website and graphic design projects - Working closely with our design and development team to deliver projects on time and to budget - Liaising with clients ensuring accurate and timely communication - Project tracking and report management - Managing multiple projects across a range of clients - Testing and ensuring the quality of completed work before release - Conducting client meetings - Working closely with the team to provide accurate project estimates - Develop and manage project plans and resource allocation - Manage project financials, meet deadlines and manage client expectations Key requirements - Experience of client management within an SME environment - Excellent communication and writing skills - Confident and competent user of MS office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team of technical and design staff - Be interested in the digital environment and new technology - Be numerate with an eye for detail and comfortable working with data reporting and numbers - Have strong planning skills - Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, aiding in design and process to add value and help steer their success What they offer - An enjoyable modern working creative environment working in one of the most stunning contemporary offices in Edinburgh set in a historic building. - Part of a growing company with real say on development and growth as a company - Flexible working environment Salary: £20,000-£27,000 depending on experience Your application should also include details of your current salary.
