Customer Service Assistant Grade 4 - £17,721 - £20,139 Full Time - 35 hours Based in North Manchester This not-for-profit organisation manages 13,500 council homes in North Manchester. In this busy role you will carry out a variety of reception duties, and administrative tasks and processes. You are the first point of contact for customer queries both face to face and over the telephone, so will have an ability to understand and communicate effectively. They are looking to recruit a proactive person who is customer focused, with excellent telephone and administrative skills. As you will be based within two friendly teams in different office locations, you should be flexible and adaptable to change. You will need to work well under your own initiative, have a passion for delivering a first class customer service and have exceptional communication skills to ensure a high quality service is provided.
