Planning/Reporting Analyst

An exciting role with a household brand in the telco industry!

The role will work closely with senior business unit representatives, other analysts and developers, to design, develop and deliver specific tools and reports that provide insight into the project plan.

The reports and analytics provided must be designed robustly to maintain data integrity and currency.

This role will drive innovation; strive for clear and concise methods of access to data and simplify the presentation of planning outcomes in general. The role requires an individual with strong analytical, conceptual & problem solving skills; with core skills in report development.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Extract and interrogate data from key systems
• Develop requirements and technical solutions, including report design, application development, work flow and system interfacing as required.
• Identify and support process improvements to capture efficiencies

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience working in a similar role, preferable attained through working on large, complex telecommunications or construction projects.
• Proven ability to extract and manipulate information and data from key business systems using Business Intelligence tools.
• High analytical skills, to manage large amounts of data
• Experience with reporting tools like Alteryx and Tableau would e advantageous
• Strong experience with Microsoft Suite of products
