The successful candidate will function as a general Diagnostic Radiographer in a busy, student centred Dental Radiography Department.
The Senior Radiographer would also:
Actively participate in the teaching of students in the clinical setting;
Performing student radiography competencies, QA tests and reporting on findings;
Play an active role in the continuing development of dental radiographic courses.
The posts are full time/part time and permanent. The successful candidate(s) will work 37 hours per week, predominately Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturday work. The department offers extensive Continuous Professional Development opportunities, flexibility in working hours, Post-Graduate support and in-house training.
Applicants must be a qualified Radiographer, ideally with relevant experience in a healthcare environment and be registered with CORU. To be considered for the Senior Radiographer role a minimum of three years post qualification experience is also required.
Qualifications outside the Republic of Ireland will require validation from CORU.
