Job Description

This is a great role for a 2nd Level Technical Support Engineer to work for a large, Melbourne based telecommunications organisation.

We are looking for a candidate with outstanding customer facing communication skills.

You will have the following skills/experience:

Microsoft certification
CCNA Certification
Hands on knowledge of Server, Desktop, Laptops, Printers, tape drives, Network Devices (Routers, Switches)
The ability to work remotely
Ability to prepare Documentation
Knowledge of Office products (Word Excel Powerpoint Outlook (365)

This role may require working on project after hours and some travel.
