Agentology is currently looking to grow our Concierge Service Team in our Lead Department. We are a privately-held and fast-growing internet based real estate brokerage. Potential home buyers and sellers contact us for assistance in finding the best performing real estate agent and and/or lenders in their area. The Lead Team is responsible for initiating contact with buyers and sellers on behalf of our Real Estate Agent & Broker clientele.

Position Summary

As a member of the Lead Team/Concierge Team you will work in our offices in downtown San Diego, CA (92101). You will be required to handle tasks that rely on heavy computer usage. Your goal is to provide SMS/email support (i.e. answering questions, qualifying leads, etc.) to incoming leads with integrity and courtesy on behalf of our Nationwide clients.

Required Functions

Use question and written skills that support effective client communication (via SMS Email)
Strong data entry and lead management skills
Document all communication according to standard operating procedures
Deeply follow standards and procedures, performing duties with integrity
Displays a team-minded attitude with the ability to adapt and help where needed
Thrives in an ever growing and ever-changing environment.
Available for at least 1 weekend shift (both days preferred)

Minimum Qualifications

Very Tech savvy
2 year degree or 2 years comparable experience preferred
Excellent/Impeccable written communication skills
Good knowledge of computer systems, Salesforce a plus
Multi-tasking/Problem Solving
Organizational skills and time management
Call center experience a plus
Real estate knowledge and/or license is a bonus
Bi-lingual is also a plus
